Covered On Every Trip

Filing A Claim

–  If a CarSwooper gets involved in an accident during the process of transporting your  car, a claim will immediately be filed.

–  If any incidents occur, our driver will follow our Standard Operating Procedure. All claims will be filed through a Third Party Administration who will handle all claims filed.

What Is Protected

–  CarSwoop has insurance to protect you and your vehicle while the CarSwooper is transporting the vehicle and/or the customer. Our Insurance Policy will cover our customer’s vehicle up to $1,000,000.

–  If any incident occurs that involves one of our customers, our policy will cover all bodily injury up to $2,000,000 in the rare case of an incident.
