Can I track my vehicle when it is being transported?

Yes, you will be able to track you vehicle on the app while your car is being transported. The same feature is also available when you’re in the car with our driver.

What if the CarSwooper cannot locate my vehicle?

If the CarSwooper cannot locate your car, he/she will contact you. If the driver still cannot locate the vehicle after 10 minutes, the keys may be returned and the trip may be cancelled.

What happens if I didn't reclaim my keys?

No worries, it happens. If the driver can’t get your keys back to you, your keys will be kept at our storing location until you request them back.

How do I schedule a ride ahead of time?

You can do this via the upper left hand corner in the app,  “Schedule Swoop.” Click that and input your information. This will include time of pick up (so you can pre-book), location of pick up, and destination of where the you want your vehicle delivered to. Simple!

Payment

Will I be charged if I cancel a CarSwoop?

If you cancel a ride 5 minutes after the driver has accepted the trip, you will get charged $5.00. If the driver arrives to the pick-up location of keys and/or car, and you cancel the request, you will be charged a $10.00 cancelation fee.

How can I get a fare estimate for a delivery?

Once you have created an account and downloaded our app, you can begin requesting swoops. After you have entered all the information required for the service you’re requesting, you will be provided a fare estimate.

What kind of payment does CarSwoop accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay

How can I earn CarSwoop credit?

CarSwoop Credit may be earned through referring a friend, or by being referred to CarSwoop. You get $5 credit for every friend referred who completes one trip. If you’re referred, you get a $15 credit on your first ride. Lucky you!

Can I sign up for CarSwoop as a minor?

Sorry, to create a CarSwoop account you must be over 18 years of age. Please visit our Terms of Service for more information.

What do I do if it says my phone number or email is already in use?

If you are unable to make an account because your email or phone number has already been registered to a different account please call our number and report a problem. One of our customer representatives will gladly help you resolve this problem. Or go to our website or app and click “customer support” to report this issue and we will get back to you with a solution shortly. 

How do I create a CarSwoop account?

You can either create an account on the website, or sign up through the app directly.

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password through the app.
